Located at 2310 50 Ave in Red Deer, AB, Bo's Bar & Stage offers a unique dining experience that combines delicious food with live entertainment. As a food reviewer, I had the pleasure of trying some of their signature dishes, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed.

The menu at Bo's Bar & Stage is diverse and offers something for everyone. From their Dirty Fries topped with tomato, scallion, banana peppers, brisket, beer cheese, and lime crema to their Beef & Boar Poutine with curds, gravy, meatloaf, whiskey ketchup, peas, and fried onion, the snack options are a must-try.

For those looking for something more substantial, the large plates at Bo's Bar & Stage do not disappoint. The Pesto & Brie Spaghetti with garlic cream, cont tomato, and cracked pepper is a flavor explosion, while the Since 96’ Burrito filled with greens, pesto aioli, confit tomato, banana peppers, spiced crisp chickpeas, shredded carrot, and wrapped in a flour tortilla is a true crowd-pleaser.
